Yoshitomo Nara

Yoshitomo Nara established global evaluation as a Japanese writer and became the 160th place world rank front and back in auction sales.


It is had dealings a work for around 100,000,000 yen from tens of millions of yen in a world-famous auction house, Sotherby's New York and Christie's America. A popular artist as a work is possessed in New York Museum of Modern Art.


He is born in Hirosaki-shi, Aomori on December 5, 1959.
He learns a picture after graduation in Musashino Art University, Aichi Prefectural University of Arts and a graduate school in a prefectural senior high school of Hirosaki.
He go over to Germany in 1988, and he enters the national Dusseldorf art academy.
He stay in Cologne afterwards, and he develops fictionization. He goes back to his own country in summer, 2000 and moves the headquarters in Japan.

    2005　Moved to Tochigi, Japan

The girl of the expression that she felt offended at and the character of the dog call his work "Kawaii", and there are the goods such as not only the collection of pictures but also picture book, a collection of photographs, a T-shirt, the stuffed toy.


The poster below is two pieces of poster sets sold in the case of the private exhibition in London of 2008 of Yoshitomo Nara.
It is the precious poster which is already sold out in the sales agency!
Because this poster did not have sale except the gallery, there is little traffic and is very valuable.
